   • Taught B.Tech (First Year) at DRONACHARYA GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS, Greater Noida as an Assistant Professor from 26 Sep 2022 to Till Now • Taught B.Tech (First Year) at Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology & Management, Delhi as an Assistant Professor from 24th July 2017 to 9th September 2022 (5 Years).                                                                                                                                                                • Taught B.Tech. EC (Jan’17-April’17) at Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering, Delhi as a Visiting Faculty. Subject Taught: Electromagnetic Field Theory (EMFT) • Taught B.Tech. Biograpgh 

The self-revealing story -

Dr. Neha Gupta received the B.Sc. (H) and M.Sc. degree in Electronics Delhi University, Delhi, India in 2010 and 2012 respectively. She received her Ph.D. degree in Applied Physics Department, Delhi Technological University (Formerly Delhi College of Engineering), New Delhi, India. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Applied Science and Humanities (Engineering Physics) Department in Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida. She has teaching experience of more than 6 years. She has authored and co-authored more than 50 papers in reputed journals and conferences. Her research area is modelling and simulation of nano devices mainly MOSFETs and Solar cells for upgraded performance. She received commendable research excellent award in 2017 by DTU. Neha Gupta is the member of IEEE, and other professional societies. She is reviewer of IEEE Transactions, Springer, Elsevier, and other journals. She has cleared UGC-NET JRF in 2017
